Available seasonal and full-time positions include entry-level and experienced laborers and millwrights. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a desire to grow!

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Perform as a member of a construction crew/team
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assist with the assembly, construction, and installation of grain storage and material handling equipment.
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License – preference given to those with CDL
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights in all weather conditions
  • Previous construction or farm-related experience desired but not required

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $18-30/hr. based on qualifications and experience
