When we begin the process of working with a customer on a potential project, we put our years of experience with farmers and grain systems to work by first listening to the customer.  We want to get to know the customer’s operation and what challenges need to be improved, so come harvest time, efficiency and reliability are realized and the desired results deliver above expectations.  We emphasize sharing ideas and alternatives so the optimum solution can be presented in a timely fashion, and a decision can be reached with confidence and peace of mind.  We are determined to provide the optimum value to our customers—a customized solution that works and solves the issues that needed to be addressed.  We aren’t chasing a “sale”, we are intent on building a relationship that is rooted in mutual trust and lasts for generations.

During A Project

We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and professionalism of our team.  We believe communication is vital, and work hard to ensure our customers are aware of the status of their project. We don’t “over sell”, we deliver our projects on time, and when we complete your project we make sure you are satisfied with our performance.

After A Project

Automated Agri-Systems’ reputation has been built on our ability to service the equipment we sell.  We were honored to receive the GSI Top Service Award in 2010 for service performance on GSI’s equipment.  Our Service Staff undergoes manufacturer training on a continuing basis, and stays current with all manufacturer’s changes and new products.  We also make the commitment to our customers to maintain a large parts inventory at our warehouse.  We understand the importance of your equipment working when you need it, so if an unexpected breakdown does occur, you can rely on us to get you back up and running again.
